Trade Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Trade Support Specialist to join our team. As a globally recognized financial institution, we have been in continuous operation since 1889.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily team responsibilities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Provide accurate metrics reporting and reconciliation exceptions management in line with internal and regulatory guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and drive consistent results.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
* Develop and maintain the department's risk framework and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Team Overview
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for various functions including unitised fund trade settlement, renunciation forms, and regulatory reporting related to financial tax and CSDR. The team works closely with partner teams worldwide to ensure seamless delivery.
This role requires a strong working relationship with other areas, maintaining proper standards of market, business, and personal conduct. The ideal candidate will work accurately under pressure, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational skills.
