Project Manager Live Events
Responsibilities
Managing our key client accounts & growing sales revenue.
Interpreting client requirements and translating them into quotations.
Creating technical briefs for live events.
Managing live events onsite when required.
Taking ownership of the delivery and execution of the technical components of live events.
Managing the budgeting of live events and controlling costs.
Liaising with all relevant parties in the stadium.
Attending & initiating client account review meetings.
Maintaining existing clients and developing new clients.
Quality Management System Responsibilities
Comply with Company’s Quality Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.
Contribute towards achieving company objectives.
Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
Education
Technical Qualification in relevant field
Licenses/Certificates
Manual Handling.Avixa AV courses desirable
Experience
Experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of the audio visual and live events industry.
Strong technical background in audio, video or lighting.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong record in customer facing roles.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
