HR Operations Specialist – 18-month contract - Dublin City Centre
Our media services client in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist for an 18-month contract.
The role is fully onsite during the probation period, then moves to a hybrid working model with 2 days onsite.
The successful candidate will provide HR ops support with strong focus on contract management, HR inbox response, and leave administration.
Responsibilities Required
Manage HR Operations processes.
Support the development and maintenance of effective HR policies and procedures.
Provide day to day operational support as required.
Build strong working relationships with employees and managers.
Provide support in Contract, Leave of Absence, HRIS Admin, and management of HR Inbox.
Provide HR project support.
Experience Required
HR Qualification
2+ years' HR Operations experience
Experience working in a busy high-volume environment
HRIS knowledge, ticketing experience, desirable
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
