With a strong brand, an exceptional product pipeline and a reputation built on quality and reliability, they are expanding their leadership structure in Ireland and now require a senior commercial manager to drive growth and performance nationally.THE ROLE:This is a senior second-line management role, responsible for leading a national commercial team, covering the full Republic of Ireland. You will take ownership of managing key contracts, overseeing field-based account managers, rental specialists and clinical support staff, and ensuring commercial performance across all major customer groups. Your remit includes commercial strategy, tender oversight, revenue growth, coaching and development of the sales team, and ensuring high service levels across contracted accounts.
