10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation or programme leadership roles
Background in healthcare, public sector, consulting or other complex regulated environments
Strong expertise in programme governance, operating model design and organisational change
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders at national level
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into senior leadership within a national transformation programme environment, this role will provide strategic oversight and delivery assurance across multiple interdependent workstreams. Responsibilities will include:
Programme Leadership – Providing end-to-end leadership across large, multi-workstream transformation programmes
Governance & Assurance – Establishing and operating robust programme governance, reporting and decision frameworks
Strategic Design – Leading operating model redesign, service transformation and system integration initiatives
Stakeholder Management – Engaging with senior executives, clinical leaders and regional stakeholders to drive alignment
Change & Communications – Overseeing change strategies, national engagement activity and adoption of new models
Performance & Benefits – Ensuring delivery against milestones, budgets and benefits realisation targets
Capability Building – Supporting knowledge transfer and embedding sustainable change within client teams
