Human Resources & Payroll AdministratorThis is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where no two days are the sameRole:HR & Payroll AdministratorLocation:Dublin 7 - free parking onsiteContract:Full-time, permanentHours:08:30 – 17:30Candidates must have 360 payroll experience, a full drivers licence and their own transport.What You'll Do:As a HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of HR operations - From managing new hires, to handling payroll, to offboarding, you'll develop a wide range of HR skills while working alongside an experienced People Business Partner and Director.Key Responsibilities:End to end payroll for 120 employees approxManage the HR inbox and assist with people-related queries.Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and that changes are made efficiently.Coordinate recruitment processes, from interviews to onboarding.Assist with probation process for candidates.Inputting monthly payroll changes to payroll and managing payroll queries.Administer employee changes documents; pay reviews, bonus letters, job promotions, etc.Management of Leave Requests.Managing new hires and off site inductionsContribute to various HR projects and initiatives.Ideal Candidate:1-2 years experience in end to end payroll1-2 years previous HR Administrative experience.Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.Excellent communication skills with a people-first approach.Adaptability to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment.A developing knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and procedures.Experience with HR systems is a plus.CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential.Please submit your CV to Anne Marie in Lex Consultancy today.
