Financial Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Coordinator to manage the financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects in Dublin. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of tender documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carefully review all tender documents to guarantee their accuracy and thoroughness.
* Approve selected contractors/suppliers to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through timely and accurate contractual correspondence.
* Support project scope, goals, and deliverables to achieve successful project outcomes.
* Report on actual costs versus estimates to provide valuable insights to project managers and clients.
* Presentation of project progress reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Financial Project Coordinator, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its various forms of contract.
