The ideal candidate will have experience working with autism and possess a professional degree in Social Care or a relevant qualification. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care is also essential.
Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards, as well as managing residential services that meet quality requirements. The successful candidate will be required to write reports, create personal support plans, manage people and rosters, and possess a full current driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
