Human Resources Manager
This role requires a strategic partner to site leadership, responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR services.
* Talent Strategy & Development: Own and lead the site's Intellectual Capital process, ensuring alignment between strategy, structure, and people.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Proactively identify talent needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
* Compensation, Benefits & Recognition: Partner with corporate teams to ensure market-aligned compensation strategies.
* Employee Relations & Compliance: Lead investigations into policy violations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, with strong expertise across employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent development.
