JOB SUMMARY Dineen Crash Repairs Ltd is seeking a proactive and organisedParts Advisor / Administrator to join our dynamic team in our new state-of-the-art workshop at Lehenaghmore, Togher Cork. As the Parts Co-ordinator you will play a crucial role in managing inventory/stock purchases and ensuring that the right parts are available when needed by our Technicians. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for parts purchases/orders using the Audatex system. Update the computer system with information on ETA of parts orders and deliveries Communicate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Receive and inspect incoming parts and accessories for quality, pricing accuracy and damage. Ensure all parts are stored safely and securely. Keep the store area clean, tidy and organised. Comply with and follow all the Companys H&S regulations. EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to accurately manage and maintain parts. Excellent communication skills, to maintain excellent relationships with our with suppliers. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Physical stamina with knowledge of proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury. Good problem-solving skills.
