Customer Service Coordinator Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all orders and queries from Benelux customers.
* Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the Benelux based team and customers to maximize sales growth with assistance from all appropriate resources within Teleflex.
* Earn recognition as a key preferred supplier in the medical devices space.

Job Requirements
1. Collaborate with multiple departments to process orders received via telephone, email, etc., accurately and promptly upon receipt.
2. Handle customer inquiries, including order-related questions, stock status, deliveries, invoices, product information, literature requests, and sample requests, satisfactorily.
3. Address customer complaints promptly and resolve them to satisfaction.
4. Escalate product complaints to the relevant department.
5. Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing departments to coordinate deliveries and returns.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts.
7. Provide regular activity reports to management on key account involvement.
8. Liaise with the sales force regarding quotations, orders, product inquiries, and general customer information.
9. Process daily invoicing and billing corrections according to company policy.
10. Handle customer returns efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
11. General Administration Tasks:
* Adhere to the quality management system.
* Participate in special projects as required.
