EBR Program Manager
Team Horizon is seeking an eBR Program Manager for a pharmaceutical client at their Mayo site. The role involves providing technical support and leadership to a cross-functional team responsible for implementing electronic batch record (eBR) and review by exception (RBE) over a 2-year period.
The manager will develop and manage detailed project plans, applying best practice Program Management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery of project phases.

What you will be doing:
* Providing technical support and leadership for the implementation of eBR and RBE.
* Leading Change Management activities including requirements gathering, process design, system validation, and consensus building for an integrated systems environment.
* Identifying funding or resource opportunities within other Digital Transformation initiatives.
* Operating in a largely self-managed environment with oversight from the Director, Digital Transformation.
* Evaluating activities, timelines, and resources for eBR/RBE deployment.
* Maintaining program tracking tools and ensuring milestone delivery.
* Ensuring compliance with Quality and IT policies, and defining systems validation processes.
* Tracking financial costs and creating models for cost/benefit analysis.
* Providing project updates to leadership and managing cross-functional resources, including external contractors.
* Supporting site Digital Transformation Strategy and adhering to EHS standards.
What you need to apply:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Science, Technology preferred).
* Project Management qualification advantageous but not essential.
Technical Skills:
* 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or process development.
* Experience in project planning and execution.
* Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to influence peers and senior management.
