This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a room and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of Early Years Educators in providing a stimulating, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged (insert age range).Plan, implement and evaluate a curriculum based on the principles of Aistear: the Early Childhood Curriculum Framework and guided by Síolta: the National Quality Framework.Ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safety are maintained at all times.Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with Tusla Early Years Inspectorate regulations and the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016.Support the ongoing professional development of your team.Requirements:A minimum of Level 6 QQI/FETAC qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7 or 8 preferred).At least 1 years' experience in an early years setting, with previous leadership experience desirable.Strong knowledge and practical experience of Aistear and Síolta.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to child-led, play-based learning.What We Offer:A supportive and inclusive working environment.Opportunities for professional development and training.Competitive salary and benefits.A chance to be part of a high-quality early years service committed to continuous improvement and excellence.To Apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter.
