Senior Web Designer (UX / UI)Location: Dublin-based (1 day in office per week)Job Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewOur client is seeking a hands-on Senior Web Designer (UX/UI) to play a key role in delivering high-quality digital experiences and driving performance across web and digital products.This is a delivery-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys owning design solutions end-to-end across mobile, tablet, and desktop. You'll be confident shaping solutions, making design decisions, and producing polished work — including the thoughtful use of animation and interaction to enhance user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Designing intuitive, visually compelling UX/UI solutions for websites and digital productsCreating responsive designs optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktopDesigning and prototyping micro-interactions, transitions, and animationsDriving AI adoption to improve efficiency and delivery across the design processTranslating briefs and requirements into clear, well-reasoned design solutionsProducing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsDesigning, maintaining, and evolving UI components and design systemsCollaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and animationsSupporting website builds, redesigns, and ongoing optimisation initiativesEnsuring consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpointsMaintaining high standards of design quality, usability, and consistencyIterating designs based on feedback, performance data, and user behaviour insightsTools & PlatformsStrong experience with Figma (including prototyping and interaction design)Experience working with FramerExperience designing for WordPress websitesExperience using AI-powered design tools as part of the design workflow (specific tools flexible)Exposure to or working knowledge of React environmentsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who brings both strong expertise and a growth mindset.
