Position Overview
Senior Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (0.7 wte) joining the Renfrewshire Community Mental Health teams at Dykebar Hospital, Paisley.
Role within the integrated multidisciplinary teams supporting the merging of Paisley CMHT and West Renfrewshire CMHTs.
Responsibilities
Provide specialist clinical supervision and training to multidisciplinary team staff delivering psychological interventions.
Contribute to service audit and evaluation.
Receive support, management and clinical supervision from a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Participate in professional development and CPD opportunities.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate doctoral level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or equivalent for those trained prior to 1996).
Post‑doctoral clinical experience and training.
Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Post‑qualification experience in Adult Mental Health, with experience in community mental health settings desirable.
