Overview A leading food production company in Longford is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join its site leadership team. This is a key role with responsibility for leading engineering operations within a highly automated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineering leader, comfortable working on the factory floor while also providing structure, direction, and people leadership within the engineering function.
