Occupational Therapy ManagerThe OrganisationHighfield Healthcare which incorporates Highfield Hospital the Approved Centre's registered by the Mental Health Commission and Nursing Home Services including the Alzheimer Care Centre registered by HIQA.Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to FridayContract:Permanent, Full-timeReporting RelationshipThe post holder reports to the Director of Clinical Operations on all operational & clinical matters.Role SummaryThe Occupational Therapy Manager is a key appointment in the development of a comprehensive/effective service for adults & older adults with mental health needs (500 beds). The Occupational Therapy Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of occupational therapy provision within Highfield Healthcare in keeping with good professional practice and subject to agreed national policy directives and priorities.
