Kaizen Health and Social Care, part of Daffodil Care Group, is recruiting for Social Care professionals for our new residential care service in Dunleer, Co. Louth.

Role Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will work alongside the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders to provide high-quality care in a safe, caring environment for vulnerable young people aged 12-17. Your role involves delivering individualized daily activities within the residential setting.

* Competitive salary: €39,567 - €41,994 per annum, depending on experience, including sleeping time and premiums

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates with social care qualifications at Level 7 or 8 (Ireland and international) are encouraged to apply. Suitable qualifications include:
* QQI Level 8 in Psychology
* QQI Level 7 or equivalent in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
* QQI Level 7 or equivalent in Counselling/Psychotherapy
* QQI Level 7 or equivalent in Addiction Counselling
* QQI Level 7 in Youth and Community or similar
* QQI Level 7 in Social Science/Social Studies
* QQI Level 7 in Family Support
* Teaching qualification (excluding TEFL)
* Nursing Studies qualification
* QQI Level 7 in Disability Studies
* QQI Level 7 in Applied Behavioural Analysis
* QQI Level 7 in Early Years Care (for children under 12)
* BA in Applied Policing or equivalent
* Higher Certificate in Custodial Care or equivalent
A full Irish driver's license is mandatory.
