Maintenance Planner - Biotechnology
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Waterford. As a key member of the site operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining production and utility equipment/systems, supporting project delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
* Support and guide the team in the effective maintenance and continuous improvements of production, utility (Clean and Black) equipment/systems and site facilities.
* Develop close relationships with team members through regular one-to-one meetings and effective performance management.
* Lead the Daily Tier 1 meetings, prioritise activities and report up to the Tier 2 daily meeting.
* Identify and make recommendations for improvements as leader of the team within or outside the department to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Min Level 7 Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent training/experience.
* Minimum 10+ years' experience within the Pharma, Biopharma sector or Med Device.
* 3 – 5 years in a coordinator role.
* Experience working in a cGMP/FDA/HPRA-regulated environment is essential as well as hands-on experience in maintaining production and utility equipment/systems.
