The main responsibility for this role will be to manage the everyday running of the bar and deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of quality control, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in a bar or management environment
* 1-2 years of experience working in a 4/5 star hotel
* Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
