An established and mission-driven organisation is seeking a Projects & business Support Managerto join its team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a supportive environment whiledelivering of operational functions across the business.
About the Role
The purpose of this role isto drive key operational functions and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Itinvolves managing systems, improving processes, coordinating projects, and analysing data to inform performance and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance in a multi-site, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of operational functions and processes across the organisation.
- Manage and maintain operational documentation, including compliance and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate departmental resources, schedules, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Gather and analyse data, including CRM reports, to support strategic decision-making and KPI reporting.
- Lead and manage specific operational projects as assigned by the Head of Operations & Community Engagement.
- Represent the Operations Department on internal committees and cross-functional working groups.
- Organise and facilitate Operations Management meetings and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate the annual budget planning process in collaboration with senior management and Finance.
- Oversee the annual HSE service arrangements process, including documentation and submission.
- Prepare business proposals and reports to support internal decision-making and external funding applications.
About You
Experience & Qualifications:
- Third-level qualification in business, management, or finance (desirable).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to produce analytical reports and identify trends in a clear, user-friendly format.
- Familiarity with results-based frameworks and impact measurement (desirable).
- Experience providing operational support in a multi-site organisation (desirable).
- Demonstrated success in leading operational projects that deliver measurable value.
- Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
