A skilled Medical Information Content Specialist is sought to support the development and review of medical information content across digital platforms. The role involves preparing, authoring, and reviewing content for healthcare professional (HCP) and patient audiences, using AI-enabled tools to generate structured outputs.This is a dual‑audience position requiring equal proficiency in developing clinical content for HCPs and clear, accessible content for patients, with both held to consistently high standards. The role also requires strong AI capability, including confident day‑to‑day use of AI tools, a practical understanding of how they function, and awareness of how regional regulatory requirements influence their application.ResponsibilitiesAuthor and review medical information content for digital channels, including voicebot, messaging, webchat, and email.Develop structured content for both HCP and patient audiences, applying appropriate language and tone for each.Ensure all patient‑facing materials meet plain language and health literacy standards.Use AI‑powered authoring tools to generate content from approved medical information source documents.Critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs, ensuring clinical accuracy, audience suitability, and effective retrieval.Apply the programme’s risk classification framework to define content scope and escalation pathways.Analyse contact centre query data and metrics to identify content gaps and inform content prioritisation.Build, manage, and maintain content portfolios across digital channels (voicebot, messaging, webchat, email), including supporting new product launches and NILEX products, while ensuring ongoing compliance through timely updates and review cycles.Contribute to monthly content performance reviews by identifying trends and recommending improvements.Maintain accurate and complete audit trail documentation for all authored and reviewed content.QualificationsDegree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.Background in medical information or pharmacovigilance within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.Strong AI proficiency, including the ability to critically assess AI‑generated content and a practical understanding of AI‑driven content retrieval systems, with a questioning and analytical approach to outputs.Demonstrated expertise in health literacy, with the ability to produce and review patient‑facing content in clear, accessible language.Ability to develop and review content for both HCP and patient audiences, with confidence in both clinical and plain language communication styles.Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.Experience working with data and metrics, including the use of contact centre query data to guide content prioritisation.Additional PreferencesExperience with patient‑facing digital channels such as messaging, webchat, email, and voicebot.Familiarity with content management systems, such as Veeva Vault.Practical experience using AI tools in a professional environment.Experience working across multiple markets, including US and/or EU medical information settings.
