Service Desk Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our client's team in Swords, Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills and be able to manage multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regularly review Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes for required modifications or amendments.
* E nsure the CMMS is accurate and able to meet all contract demands.
* O wnership of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Plans.
* P roduce a 52-week PPM calendar.
* V erify PPMs are closed out weekly/monthly to meet Business Milestones.
* E nsure all works are planned and managed through to completion with supporting paperwork.
* R eview and action tasks as required.
* M anage and communicate access requests.
* R un and issue client reports and/or business reports.
* S upport management and operations teams.
* M anage relationships with suppliers and engineers to ensure timely delivery of documentation.
* R unning and issuing client reports.
Requirements:
* Excellent PC knowledge – MS Office Suite and familiarity with CAFM systems.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisation and administration skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Able to liaise at all levels using tact and diplomacy.
