About the Role:

Responsibilities:
1. Manage compliance and ensure accurate invoice verification for Ireland areas
2. Update rosters and match invoices to purchase orders, investigating any discrepancies with buyers and vendors
3. Review files and update the database accordingly
4. Perform data entry and data management tasks
5. Maintain confidential and high-quality records
6. Process client information with discretion
Requirements:
* 2 years of administration or clerical experience
* High proficiency in Microsoft Packages and efficient data entry skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
