Overview
Customer Service Assistant - Castleisland at BOYLE Sports. Role involves providing an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach. You will assist the Shop Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, maintain high standards, accept and pay out bets, and deliver excellent customer service. The role may include opening and closing the shop and, on occasion, managing shop operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop.
* Lead shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing the shop, managing the shop team, and cash management procedures.
* Occasional opportunities to manage operations and develop within the company.
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment and undertake on-the-job training to upskill and progress.
* Provide outstanding customer experience with a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
* Accept bets as per procedure, accurately processing bets via multiple channels (betting terminals, EPOS system, in-shop transactions).
* Act as a Brand Ambassador and introduce customers to the multi-channel/digital journey.
* Work under pressure, staying calm and looking for ways to improve the shop and processes.
* Maintain high-quality shop presentation and ensure all safety, compliance, and operation procedures are followed.
* Demonstrate teamwork and adhere to Social Responsibility duties.
