The Client works on a variety Projects across Dublin but is mainly seeking someone with Residential and Conservation Experience. Role: Ensure projects are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, while coordinating construction activities to align with schedules, budgets, and specifications. Arrange and chair site meetings involving the Design Team & Subcontractors to facilitate effective communication, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety regulations. Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining oversight of construction quality, and collaborate with the Construction Team to provide timely and accurate information to all relevant parties. Possess knowledge and comprehension of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractor. 3rd level degree or Trades Qualified. Experience working on Residential / Conservation / Restoration Projects.
