We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the workshop, dealership and customers, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
* Qualifying service needs and diagnosing vehicle running problems where appropriate
* Establishing understanding and agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
* CALculating workshop capacity and entering details onto the service workshop loading system
* Managing the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles
* Explaining the work carried out on vehicles ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
* Managing necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction
* Following up in line with dealership procedures
* Understanding and adhering to manufacturer brand service requirements
* Maintaining safe working practices and abiding by the working rules and standards of the dealership
* Maintaining product knowledge on the full dealership range
* Maintaining relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
The ideal candidate will possess impeccable appearance and well-presented attire to work in a corporate environment. They will also have good oral and written communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to record accurately all relevant details.
