Content Quality Reviewers–Vietnamese Language We are seeking Content Quality Reviewersto support a growing global operations team focused on improving platform safety, content quality, and user experience.
This role plays a critical part in reviewing content against community standards and advertiser policies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality enforcement at scale.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute insights that improve policies and processes, and support quality measurement initiatives that directly impact millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Review and assess content and advertisements against platform policies and community standards Deliver market-specific insights and recommendations to improve integrity and quality outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve policies, tools, and workflows Conduct quality audits, root cause analysis, and accuracy reviews Partner with vendor teams to share feedback and track remediation effectiveness Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of quality operations This role involves exposure to potentially graphic or objectionable content, including but not limited to violence, abuse, and other sensitive material.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed prior to start) or equivalent practical experience Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)Ability to work with sensitive and graphic content Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Prior content moderation, quality review, or trust & safety experience Familiarity with KPIs, quality assurance, or process optimisation Exposure to data analysis, SQL, dashboards, or analytics tools Interest or experience in AI, LLMs, or public policy Early-career role (IC2): 0–2 years preferred (up to 5 years considered)This opportunity is an 11-month contract, on-site in Ballsbridge, Ireland, paying €56,992 per annum (pro rata).
