Change Management Leader
A leading Change Management Leader is required to spearhead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle HCM transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in HRIS/HCM change management to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex programme.
This role will involve partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to drive the people side of change; shaping strategies, engaging stakeholders, clarifying impacts, and ensuring our organisation is prepared for new ways of working.
The successful candidate will help translate programme goals into effective communication, training, and change activities that support smooth adoption and long-term success.
