Job Summary
The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of raw materials, production schedules, and finished goods to meet customer demand on time and in full.
This position involves overseeing end-to-end production scheduling, collaborating closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and execute plans for raw materials, production, and logistics to satisfy business and customer requirements.
* Create and maintain production schedules that maximize capacity across all supply chain stages.
* Analyze historical sales trends, forecast demand, and refine planning models to ensure accuracy.
* Cross-functionally lead planning meetings and resolve variances to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock quantities, and production performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency.
* Promote process enhancements, KPI reporting, and initiatives to reduce stock holding and enhance operational efficiency.
