Store Leadership Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to manage a retail store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Lead the store team and work closely with the Store Manager
* Ensure timely restocking of products before opening hours
* Work towards set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols are followed
* Manage supplier relationships and stock levels
* Train and motivate in-store staff members
* Handle escalated customer complaints professionally
Key Qualifications:
- Previous retail or assistant management experience
- Proven sales skills, preferably in the food industry
- Valid driving license
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-facing abilities
- Ability to meet KPI targets
- Fluency in English language
