Part-Time Office Administrator – Machinery Sales Business (Meath)
We are seeking a reliable and competent Part-Time Office Administrator to support our busy machinery sales office in County Meath.
This role would suit someone who is well organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration and day-to-day support
* Invoicing, filing, and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with accounts and basic bookkeeping duties
* Managing emails, correspondence, and scheduling
Essential Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with invoicing, filing, and accounts
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience using the Xero accounting package
* Previous experience in an office administration or accounts role.
