Opportunity to join an expanding Sales office, our client supplies equipment to the Pharma and Biotech manufactruing industry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the primary role of Inside Sales/ Order management Administrator is to manage incoming orders and deal with technical queries from Customers and provide admin support to the sales team. Build internal relations with manufacturing, technical department, design team, material planners, international sales and project teams with the client focus to promptly responding/ resolving customer queries and enquires.
Key Tasks:
Customer interface to include but not limited to:
• Receiving enquiries, evaluating the customer’s requirements, identifying a suitable technical and commercial offering from the company’s product range.
• Generation of quotations for new and existing customers using company systems.
• Clarification of commercial terms and conditions.
• Expediting with manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries.
• Upkeep of customer information into the CRM system to ensure is up to date at all times.
Experience
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise key activities and multitasking.
Must demonstrate initiative to work both individually and part of a team.
Good communication, telephone skills and customer focused.
Proven IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with CRM systems. Training will be provided on in-house packages.
Knowledge/ proven interest in basic engineering principles (a bonus!)
