This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and stock accuracy. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and supports the warehouse team, ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and working in line with company procedures. They work closely with production and logistics teams to meet customer demand, manage inventory levels, and continuously improve processes to support Carrolls Cuisine's commitment to quality and reliability.Your Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe and efficient warehouse operationBuild a positive and engaged teamCoordinate with planners to ensure appropriate stock is pickedEnsure orders are picked in full and on timeEnsure transport is loaded/unloaded in a presentable fashion with minimal delay/shortagesProcess orders/deliveries using online softwareCarryout administrative tasks relating to management of ordersMaintain a high level of housekeeping standardsPromote a positive health and safety attitude within the shiftProvide the Warehouse Manager with daily data on all goods out, shortages, transport, hours worked and attendance details.To manage the teams working hours and holidays in conjunction with the Manager.The responsibilities may change in line with the business.Work with quality personnel in relation to performing various inspectionsAdhere and promote quality service with both internal and external customers The Ideal CandidateSupervisory experience is essential for this roleA valid forklift license would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be given.Good computer knowledgeWarehouse experience is an advantage but not essential.Must have a good level of both written and spoken EnglishWhy Sofina Foods?At Sofina, we believe in more than just filling a role, we believe in growing careers.
