Inside the Client Services team
Joining our Client Services contact centre team means bing part of a supportivemunity delivering expert client support. From day one, you'll receiveprehensive training including classroom, digital tools, and hands-on coaching to help you grow and succeed.
What you'll do:
Your role and responsibilities include:
1. Helping customers by handling queries with professionalism and empathy across multiple channels (primarily phone, with email and letters).
2. Explaining financial products clearly and guiding customers to helpful tools and information.
3. Taking ownership of each interaction, ensuring full resolution.
4. Logging and escalating any potential risks, fraud cases, or vulnerable situations.
5. Handlingplaints constructively, aiming for early resolution.
What you'll bring:
6. Experience in a customer service role, ideally in a corporate environment.
7. Excellent phone manner and verbalmunication skills.
8. An appetite to grow your expertise through continued learning.
9. Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
