About the Role

The Automation Technology Analyst will be a key member of the Digital Site Network team within the Pfizer Digital division, reporting to the Digital Site Lead. This role will provide implementation support, expert technical guidance for various projects, and support day-to-day Digital plant operations.
As an Automation Technology Analyst, you will engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead specific site projects and participate in broader Digital teams implementing global standard solutions.
This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that maximize the value of our Digital investments at the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor of Science Degree in a related technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology Systems, or Engineering. You should have 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or technical support service areas, preferably in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of project management methodologies, software development lifecycle methodologies, GMP and associated regulatory requirements, IT service management, and cybersecurity principles are advantageous.

As an Automation Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring effective documentation preparation and reviews ensuring conformance to all standards, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for system lifecycle best practices as well as adherence to cybersecurity standards and configuration management practices.
You will engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement (CI), innovative, and best practice initiatives. You will assist or lead these initiatives to deliver value by improving the efficiency of processes and systems at the site.
You will support/lead global Pfizer Digital project deployments (core services or solutions) and global Digital related continuous improvement initiatives at the site working in partnership with Pfizer Digital Site Lead, Digital Solution Centre teams, other Digital teams, and Business SMEs as required.
