The Job Role
* Provide high-standard service and assistance to guests, maintaining a courteous and attentive lobby presence
* Ensure fast, efficient, and friendly service to individual customers and groups
* Deliver messages and faxes throughout the night
* Assist with room moves, luggage deliveries, and man the Front Door following SOPs
* Handle and store luggage for arriving and departing guests
* Maintain public areas and equipment in excellent condition
* Greet guests warmly in public areas and rooms
The ideal candidate should have
* A positive attitude and good communication skills
* Flexibility to work hours as needed
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to responding to guest requests and delivering high service levels
