Location:Letterkenny Contract Type: Temporary 12-month contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (35 hours per week) Rate of Pay: €19.30 €29.77p/h depending on verified relevant public sector experience The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily office operations, supporting clinical scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams and office locations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed role and brings a strong grasp of IT systems and database management. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. Provide administrative support to the team, including appointment scheduling and calendar coordination. Monitor and manage email correspondence and communications with staff across the Region. Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to confidentiality. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services. Perform general administrative duties as required this role involves typing, filing, and report writing. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. High level of IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Strong organisational and communication skills. Demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining databases. Ability to work independently and manage office operations without direct supervision.
