Culinary Expert Required
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our busy kitchen, contributing to the success of our culinary operations in Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage starters and main courses during service to ensure high-quality food production.
* Maintain quality standards by producing dishes on time for customers.
* Assist in managing stock levels to optimize inventory.
* Support the head chef and senior colleagues during service.
* Contribute to kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Prepare food to order, catering to diverse customer preferences.
* Lead a section of the kitchen with junior staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef is required.
* A-la-carte cooking experience and proficiency in working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment are essential.
* Effective interpersonal skills are necessary to maintain positive relationships within the team.
Work Schedule:
This full-time permanent position requires a commitment of 39 hours per week.
