Emerald Locums, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Senior or Staff Grade Speech & Language Therapist (SLT) to join a well-established Acute Services team based in Drogheda, Co. Louth.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive department with a strong culture of CPD and supervision, alongside 4 staff grades and 3 senior SLTs.
Role Highlights
* 1-year ongoing locum contract
* Based at the main hospital campus in Drogheda
* Services include a dedicated Stroke Unit and Care of the Older Person in LCH
* Option to discuss opportunities in Dundalk if preferred

* Convenient location: approx. 30 mins from North Dublin (with toll) or 40 mins without toll
Key Requirements
* CORU registration
* Minimum 1 year's post-graduate experience in acute services
* Proven experience in stroke care is essential
* Additional experience in brain injury, tracheostomy, or dementia desirable
* Experience working with adults and elderly patients
* Videofluoroscopy skills highly advantageous
