Procurement Specialist Job Description
The company has been instructed by a leading law firm to assist with a procurement specialist vacancy.
* Work in a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well-established team.
* Prepare bid documents meeting submission requirements.
* Coordinate the bid process internally, including gathering response information to meet all deadlines.
* Liaise with partners and business services teams to update content.
This role will support the senior manager of bids and pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying new bid opportunities.
* Ensuring our internal tracker is updated to record all key proposal information.
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Bid Preparation:
* Developing tender responses that meet client needs.
* Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of bid documents.
Team Collaboration:
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve project goals.
* Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
