Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead complex finance transformation delivery projects within our FSO Business Consulting team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership of finance transformation initiatives, with expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage or support engagements with clients and provide high-quality consulting services.
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
* Understand EY's service offerings and identify opportunities to better serve clients.
* Assist in business development opportunities and client proposal development.
Practice and People Development Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead diverse teams.
* Adapt leadership style to fit team and client needs.
* Contribute to expanding our brand in the market.
* Engage in business development activities.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive work culture.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
* Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes.
* Understanding of finance processes and technologies.
* Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects.
* Strong communication skills.
* An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is beneficial.
* Minimum of 7+ years in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes.
* Understanding of technology trends in the Financial Services industry.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others.
