Operational SME
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting and guiding team members, while also ensuring policies are enforced effectively and efficiency is maintained.
* The key aspect of this position involves coaching new hires during their onboarding process to ensure they adapt seamlessly to the work environment.
* The Operational SME will provide real-time support by addressing inquiries, offering guidance and mentorship with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions quickly, empathetically and accurately. This level of expertise will be provided not just to new employees but also to seasoned professionals post-onboarding phase as well.
