You will ensure that every project is executed with precision and excellence. You will have a key role to ensure the system is configured correctly and integrates smoothly with existing processes. You will gain experience across a range of projects by gathering requirements, creating configurations, and providing data migration services.Responsibilities:As a Systems Implementation Consultant at Nucleo, you will:Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needsGuide our clients in optimising their processes through our best practicesGather and translate requirements, configure systems and perform testingManage the end-to-end deployment of new software or technology solutions e.g. (ERP, Maximo, ServiceNow, Saas)Customise features to align with workflowsProject Manage - Develop timelines & track deliverables. Manage risks, scope changes, and communicationsData Migration - Map data from legacy systems. Clean, validate and import into new systemIntegration - Ensure new systems connect with existing enterprise appsTesting - Create test plans. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT). Triage and resolve defectsTraining & Change Management - Develop documentation and support adoptionSuccessfully deliver the solution within the scope, time, budget and qualityQualifications & Experience:Strong combination of client facing skills, analytical and technicalPrior implementation experience of similar mid-range to ERP software solutionsIdeally Maximo exposure.
