We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Foreman to take on a leading role in upcoming construction projects. As the ideal candidate, you will have strong knowledge of construction methods and be able to effectively supervise multiple trades.
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering projects to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing daily site activities, supervising trades, and ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols.
* Cordinating materials, plant, and labour requirements to ensure efficient sequencing of work.
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship through regular quality checks.
The ideal Site Foreman should possess:
* A minimum of five years' experience as a Site Foreman or Lead Tradesperson in the construction industry.
* Strong communication skills with ability to motivate site teams
