As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a vital role in our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the diaries of our financial consultants, ensuring seamless appointments with clients. This involves coordinating with both existing and new clients using a combination of inbound and outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to provide top-notch advice to clients interested in protection policies. Additionally, they will assist clients in applying for group cover, maintaining up-to-date records on Salesforce.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:
* Making and taking calls to arrange appointments with financial consultants
* Booking high-quality appointments with a high probability of completing an FHC and potential sales
* Providing advice and selling group protection policies to clients
* Meeting weekly/monthly targets, including call volume, appointment scheduling, and product sales
* Maintaining accurate records on Salesforce, including activity on leads and opportunities
Requirements
* Full or partial QFA desired but not required
* Previous experience in dealing with customers over the phone
* Ability to upsell products
* Keen eye for detail and quality
* Excellent proven customer service skills
* Strong IT Skills with good working knowledge of the MS office suite
* Knowledge of risk control & regulatory environment
* Commercial awareness
