Overview
This is a commercially oriented finance role offering broad exposure across reporting, audit, transactions, and financial operations.
Acting as the key finance point of contact for the Irish platform, the successful candidate will work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance contact for Irish entities, liaising with internal teams and external advisors
Participate in deal teams, supporting transaction structuring and financial due diligence
Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting and coordinate with outsourced accounting providers
Lead the preparation of audit packs and liaise with external auditors during annual audits
Drive improvements in internal controls, finance processes, and operational efficiency
Support accounting standard reviews and contribute to ad hoc finance initiatives
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA)
Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, ideally within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or Big 4
Strong technical accounting knowledge with exposure to transactional finance
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
