Food & Beverage Supervisor - Ashling Hotel
The Ashling Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide a welcoming and friendly experience to all our guests.
General Duties
* To be pleasant and courteous at all times to guests, management and colleagues.
* To ensure guests requirements are carried out efficiently.
* To ensure all tables are adequately looked after
* To answer guest and staff questions on menus and allergens.
* To ensure that all food is being delivered from the kitchen in a timely fashion
* To have a good knowledge of the days business.
* To have full knowledge of all departments opening and closing times.
Key Requirements
* Flexibility with working hours is essential
* Ability to work on own initiative
* 2-3 years experience in a hospitality background
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros Experience would be preferable.
