Position Summary NeoDyne is recruiting a Warehouse Facilities Manager to join our team in Cork, who will be based at our ATLAS Centre in Carrigtwohill, where we carry out testing of complex control and electrical systems, as well as intake, storage, and distribution of components, materials and assembled systems.
As Warehouse and Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for day-to-day operation of the ATLAS Centre, including management of inventory, logistics, assistance with preparation of factory testing, safety briefings for visitors, and upkeep of facilities.
Additionally, you will occasionally assist in organising upkeep or upgrades to other NeoDyne facilities in Ireland, in Cork, Dublin, Galway and Waterford.

Key Responsibilities General Communicate and collaborate closely with NeoDyne project teams and managers, suppliers, logistics companies, EHS, finance, and senior management Ensure EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance Safely carry out material handling, using forklift and pallet trucks etc Maintain 5S strategy to improve space utilization and efficiency Inventory Organise and take delivery of goods, including offloading and verification of goods against purchase orders Package and load finished goods for dispatch to project sites or customers, and ensure timely delivery of goods Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule transport and ensure proper documentation Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control Assign stock to general inventory or project-specific as per purchase orders Maintain and organise warehouse for efficient operation Assist in implementing an inventory management system that meets NeoDyne's operational requirements Audit physical stock vs inventory database and flag discrepancies Support continuous improvement by analysing slow-moving/unused stock, submitting improvement suggestions, and promoting standardisation System Testing Assist project teams as required to set up system testing assemblies, typically involving: Placement of equipment and control cabinets in testing area Setting up safe temporary workspaces, including suitable barriers Routing and connecting temporary power cables, network cables, instrument air hoses etc. to test equipment Maintain a daily whiteboard for test area showing designated project areas, restricted areas etc.
Perform safety inductions and/or toolbox talks for customers/visitors prior to entering test area Work proactively with project teams to ensure successful testing Facilities Manage and enforce correct waste segregation in line with NeoDyne's EHS policies Ensure all facilities in the office, testing and warehouse areas are kept in good working order, maintained, and fit-for-purpose.
On occasion, manage or assist in implementation of upgrades or upkeep of other NeoDyne facilities in Cork, Dublin, Galway and Waterford Experience Skills Required 5+ years of experience in inventory management, facilities management or a technical/engineering field Full clean Irish/ EU driving license Able to drive forklifts (prior certification not mandatory) Fluent in English language Proficient user of MS Windows and MS Office, particularly Excel Experience in problem-solving Knowledge of lean tools, ideally 5S certified (or equivalent) Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, excellent presentation and communication skills, and capability for conceptual and long-term planning Desired Experience in control panel or switchgear manufacturing is desirable Characteristics We look for candidates who Work well as part of a team.
