, overseeing the seamless operation of our guest rooms and public areas. Lead a dedicated team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards and enhance guest experiences at Galway's landmark hotel since 1852.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team leadership: Supervise accommodation staff, manage rosters, and ensure compliance with SOPs
* Quality control: Conduct daily inspections of rooms/public areas, address maintenance issues, and uphold 4star standards
* Guest satisfaction: Resolve complaints promptly and maintain effective communication with front office/reception teams
* Budget management: Oversee payroll, linen/cleaning supplies inventory, and cost control measures
* Training: Develop staff skills through coaching and performance reviews
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a Ireland 4/5 Star Hotel
* Proven experience in hotel accommodation management (4star/5star preferred)
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of health/safety regulations and hospitality best practices
